:**KNOWLEDGE ABOUT EMEA LABOUR PRACTICES IS MANDATORY***Daily HR Tasks:1. Onboarding the new hires2. Induction of new hires3. Offboarding employees4. Letter Drafting (Terminations, warnings, Amendments, etc.)5. HR Payroll6. Maintaining attendance of employees7. Maintaining HRMS Software8. Uploading & Maintaining Employee Database9. Admin work10. Attendance & Leave Tracker Management for employees.11. Additional work as per request.12. Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics13. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves andcompensation and resolve any issues that may arise14. Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures throughout the EMEAregion.15. Stay abreast of changes in labour laws and regulations, adjusting HR practicesaccordingly,Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices across the EMEA region
  • Excellent communication.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment
