We\'re looking for a seasoned HR professional to manage all aspects of human capital. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge about HR functions, expertise in employee relations and labor laws, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proactive approach to handling issues across departments. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding. Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and proactively address any compliance issues. Oversee HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing benefits administration. Implementing performance evaluation processes with timely performance feedback and coaching. Perform skill gap assessment through performance evaluation and organise training and development programs as and when needed. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Support governing boards of the respective businesses in developing a view of requirements, priorities, outcomes and critical thinking about human resource. Qualifications Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with 5-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a generalist in transportation industry. Proven experience in managing both blue collar and white-collar employees. Proficiency in HRIS software/HR technology and MS Office applications. Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master\'s degree preferred. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations, compensation and benefits, and talent development initiatives. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to 30,000.00 per month Education:
