Activities / Responsibilities

The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for various functions of the Human Resource department, including talent, compensation, benefits, leave, reporting, and administration of company policies.

The ideal person for this position has proven expertise in Human Resources. This includes benefits administration, talent acquisition, compensation, reporting, benefits and training. To be a competent HR Generalist, you should be patient and compassionate, have excellent listening skills, and be able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for issuing offer letters and appointment letters, relieving letters and other documents.
  • Employee leaves and attendance management
  • Payroll management, preparing salary sheets, disbursement of salaries.
  • Addressing the queries of employees related to payroll & labour law regulations
  • Ensuring the payments of professional tax & labour welfare fund dues on the right time,
  • Implementing labour law/statutory compliances as per the state and central labour boards.
  • Conducting HR engagement activities to motivate and train the employees.
  • Exit interviews and full final settlements.
  • Suggesting new procedures and policies to increase the efficiency of the workforce.
  • Sorting HR data and presenting it during audits.
  • Maintaining an internal HR database for record-keeping of employees.
  • Conducting and communicating performance appraisals of employees.
  • Keeping up to date with latest HR policies, practices & labour laws.
  • Creating balance in the workplace with a fair play in line with hr policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required
  • A minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources
  • Strong ability to multitask and remain calm in emergencies
  • Superb conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
  • Strong knowledge of laws and regulations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
