Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
Develop job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each role.
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates.
Employee Relations:
Address employee inquiries and grievances, fostering a positive work environment.
Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to improve retention.
Compliance and Records Management:
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Administer employee benefits programs.
Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process.
Assist in developing and implementing employee development programs.
Policy Development:
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
