Edwin Academy is currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Faculty member to join our team. This role involves instructing students in various aspects of Human Resources management, preparing them for successful careers in the field. Key Responsibilities: 1. Curriculum Development: Develop and enhance course materials, ensuring alignment with industry standards and the latest trends in HR practices. 2. Instruction: Conduct engaging lectures, seminars, and workshops covering topics such as recruitment, training and development, employee relations, performance management, and strategic HR planning. 3. Facilitation: Foster an interactive learning environment where students can actively participate in discussions, case studies, and practical exercises to deepen their understanding of HR concepts. 4. Assessment: Design and administer assessments, assignments, and exams to evaluate student comprehension and skill acquisition, providing constructive feedback for improvement. 5. Student Support: Provide academic guidance, mentorship, and career counseling to students, helping them develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to excel in the HR field. 6. Professional Development: Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices in HR management through continuous learning, research, and professional networking. 7. Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow faculty members and administrative staff to enhance the overall quality of the HR program, contribute to curriculum review and improvement initiatives, and participate in academic committees as needed. Qualifications: 1. Master's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. A Ph.D. in HRM or relevant discipline is preferred. 2. Previous experience in teaching HR courses at the undergraduate or graduate level is highly desirable. 3. Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent credentials are advantageous. 4. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds. 5. Proficiency in instructional technology and educational software tools for effective teaching and learning. 6. Commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment that respects and values the contributions of all individuals.
