The ideal candidate will assist in managing the company's HR facilities, support daily HR operations, and contribute to creating a productive and positive work environment. This role is perfect for a motivated individual looking to start their career in human resources within a fast-paced and growing startup environment.Key Responsibilities: * Facility Management:

  • Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
  • Coordinate facility-related services, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • HR Support:
  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and managing candidate correspondence.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Help organize company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
  • Assist in conducting employee surveys and collecting feedback to improve workplace culture.
  • Support initiatives to enhance employee morale and engagement.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
  • Support health and safety initiatives and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience or internship in HR or facility management is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
