Job Title: L&D Backoffice Agent Job Summary: The Shared Services Centre consolidates HR operational functions to deliver them in a cost-effective manner, promoting operational efficiencies and service improvements. It also provides advice and employee support across the Atos Organization on the use of HR systems and processes. The SSC L&D Agent is responsible for providing full administration for employee training activities across all designated GBU and country-level Atos businesses. The activities will include creating, updating, and managing courses and offerings within the MyLearning platform, registering delegates, and ordering training courses from suppliers. A key aspect of the work will involve responding to requests for help or information from end-user within a timely manner, demonstrating technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills. Responsibilities: o Administers all actions related to training and development in the defined educational platform, using pre-set templates of procedures o Provides management with information reports according to the agreed schedule and upon request o Interacts with internal customers by phone, email, and chat, assisting and harnessing problem-solving skills o Responds to requests in an appropriate way: Identifies, evaluates, and ranks in importance the problems and complaints of customers o Participates in educational activities within the department, including educational programs for the application of new technologies, procedures, and improvements in customer service o Works with employees in the department to promote, develop and maintain constant values in customer service o Refers unresolved issues to maintenance managers or a designated (L&D customer) service team Job requirements: Language Skills: o English business fluent (C1 advanced) + other language(s) as appropriate (French, German and/or Spanish) Skills & Competencies: o Advanced communications skills o PC Skills including MS Word and Excel o Basic understanding of the principles, theories, and practices of group dynamics and/or team development o Can work productively in a global, multi-cultural environment Behavioural Skills: - Client Focus o Proactively seeks customer feedback and takes appropriate action o Considers the impact of decisions and actions on the customer o Effectively manages customer expectations o Commitment to deliver result - Team Working o Takes ownership and follows through on team decisions and actions - Flexibility o Adapts to changing circumstances and new information that impacts goals and plans o Can play several different roles simultaneously according to the specific situation o Takes a positive approach to dealing with change - Creativity o Adapts existing solutions for new problems or situations o Demonstrates a personal ability to apply creativity in problem solving o Discusses different aspects of the problems to bring more structure in complex situations - Leadership & Interpersonal Skills o Demonstrates a personal ability to develop and sustain effective working relationships Main Interfaces o Other SSC agents & management structure o HR L&D community (Heads of Learning, LSM's, HRBP's, local L&D Teams) o Atos employees using MyLearning platform o All external parties involved in Atos learning organization, processes, and systems o All internal parties involved in Atos learning organization, processes, and systems where appropriate, including: o Procurement & Finance team members o Legal and Compliance o Global IT
