Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
• Participate in onboarding and orientation activities for new hires
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases
• Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and activities
• Support HR managers with various administrative tasks
• Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance when needed
• Participate in employee performance evaluation processes
• Contribute to the development of employee engagement initiatives
• Stay updated with HR trends and best practices

Salary-15-18K per month
