Responsibilities:
Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, conducting interviews, and making job offers to qualified candidates.
Prepare and generate offer letters, employment contracts, and other relevant documentation for new hires.
Maintain and update the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
Coordinate and support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
