Lords Inn Somnath, a hotel by Lords Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Staffing:
  • Oversee the recruitment process from job postings to candidate selection and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, background checks, and reference checks.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts within the organization.
  • Performance Management:
  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal programs.
  • Support managers and employees with performance-related issues.
  • Track and report key performance indicators.
  • Training and Development:
  • Coordinate and facilitate training programs and workshops.
  • Identify training needs within the organization.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Compliance and Record-Keeping:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to management.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs.
  • Handle payroll queries and discrepancies.
  • Conduct salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation.
  • HR Administration:
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations.
  • Prepare HR-related documents and correspondence.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Benefits:
