: Executive - HR & Administration
Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Onboarding : Develop and implement recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, manage candidate selection, and facilitate the onboarding process.
• Employee Relations : Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR policies, resolve conflicts and grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Payroll and Benefits Administration : Oversee payroll processing, administer employee benefits, and ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
• Performance Management : Assist in performance appraisal systems, provide guidance on performance-related matters, and coordinate training and development programs.
• Compliance and Record-Keeping : Maintain HR records, ensure data integrity, comply with labor laws, and prepare reports for regulatory bodies.
• Office Administration Responsibilities : Oversee office facilities, manage supplies and inventory, and ensure smooth office operations.
• Facility Management : Manage the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities and relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Office Supplies and Inventory : Monitor and manage office supply inventory, place orders as needed.
• Administrative Support : Provide support to senior management, organize meetings and events, manage correspondence.
• Health and Safety : Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implement and monitor policies.
• Budget Management : Assist in budget preparation, monitor expenses, ensure cost-effective practices.
• Operations Executive : Communicate operations strategies and objectives to ensure the company reaches its targets and operates effectively.
• Executive Assistance : Assist higher executives and the owner or Board of Directors, participate in recruitment processes, policy preparation, and training programs.
• Delegation and Task Management : Delegate tasks to team members, handle requests and queries quickly and professionally.
• Work Environment Promotion : Promote a positive and open work environment, encourage employees to speak up about issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
• Experience : 2-3 years in HR and office administration.
• Knowledge : Strong understanding of HR practices and principles.
• Skills :
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with HR software and payroll systems.
• Expertise in Key Result Areas (KRA) maintenance.
