Job Summary: The HR Executive will oversee various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a proactive individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and handle a wide range of HR tasks to support the company's growth and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers.
• Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Employee Relations:
• Address employee inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Foster a positive working environment through employee engagement initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between employees and management.
• Performance Management:
• Assist in developing performance management systems.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
• Support managers in performance appraisal processes.
• Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
• Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
• Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
• Track training effectiveness and employee progress.
