We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee engagement, staffing, and HR management. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a 'will-do' attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Employee Engagement:
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Organize and oversee events, programs, and activities that enhance employee morale and satisfaction.
• Conduct surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement in employee engagement.
• Staffing and Recruitment:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• HR Management:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
• Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.
• Manage performance appraisal processes and facilitate employee development programs.
• Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
• Compensation and Benefits:
• Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure adherence to all HR policies and legal standards.
• Manage workplace health and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
• 4-6 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on employee engagement and staffing.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Energetic, proactive, and a 'will-do' attitude with a passion for HR.
