We're Hiring. iZeal, Inc. , is currently seeking a HR Executive . The salary depends on experience.

Shift Timing: 6:30 pm-3:30 am [•Night Shift•]
Interview Mode: Face-To-Face

:

• Involve in On-boarding Documentation of the New Hires including Paperwork, Background Checks and Drug Test Arrangements also for Existing Employees as and when required.
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
• Involve in E-Verify, Benefits enrolment for Employees.
• Knowledge and understanding of MSA - Master Service Agreement and PO/SoW from USA vendors and clients.
• Sending Employment, Experience, and Termination Letters to Candidates.
• Point of contact for all the BDMs & Recruiters from all Locations.
• Experience in working with OPT/CPT, H1B, EAD, Green Card & US citizens.
• Experience in reviewing the OPT, H1B, PERM and I-140 documentation.
• Handle Employee Engagement, Pay-slips, Induction, Policies writing.
• Knowledge of Employment Type w2, Corp to Corp, 1099.
• Follow up with employees regarding old/current timesheets.

Requirements:

• Should have minimum of 3+ experience in US IT Industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills.
• Excellent analytical and assessment capability.
• Good Understanding of the Organizations Structure.
• Willing to work as per US timings.
