POSITION: HR EXECUTIVE


JOB DESCRIPTION:


Qualification: BBA/MBA in Human Resources or a relevant degree.


Experience: 2 to 3 years of HR experience in the oil and gas industry.


Responsibilities:


• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.


• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with industry standards and company objectives.


• Handle employee relations, addressing any issues or grievances promptly and effectively.


• Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.


• Coordinate training and development programs to ensure continuous employee growth and compliance with industry requirements.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.


• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations specific to the oil and gas industry.


• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.


• Support organizational development initiatives and workforce planning.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.


• Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.


• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.


• Knowledge of labour laws and regulations in the oil and gas industry.


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
