The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs for employees, as well as coordinating placement activities for new hires. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of employees across various departments. Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to identify training needs and objectives aligned with company goals. Design training materials, presentations, and manuals that effectively communicate learning objectives and outcomes. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually, ensuring engagement and knowledge retention. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make adjustments as needed. Coordinate with external training vendors, instructors, and subject matter experts to supplement in-house training initiatives. Manage the placement process for new hires, including resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
