Job Title: HR Executive Location: Chennai Shift Timings: 6:30pm \xe2\x80\x93 3:30am (IST) Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for managing various stages of employee life cycle which include Talent Acquisition Operations, liaising with recruitment agencies, onboarding support, Internal Job Posting, Benefits and claims, Payroll operations, Performance Management, Relocation Support, and employee separation management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company\xe2\x80\x99s strategic plan, Draft job descriptions and classifications, evaluate and recommend benefit programs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Design the Employee Engagement Calendar - create, plan and execute Fun @ workplace and other team events. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan & execute of R&R programs, rewarding the best employees, trophies & certificates, design and communicate the incentive\'s structure, create an incentive centric culture to engage and motivate employees. \xe2\x80\xa2 Works closely with management and employees as a Change Agent to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. \xe2\x80\xa2 This is not a remote position, and the HR Executive will work from the Chennai office. Experience: \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3 to 5 years of HR Generalist experience with progressive levels of responsibility. \xe2\x80\xa2 Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization. \xe2\x80\xa2 Competent in MS Office Suite, HRIS (Zoho preferred) and Windows applications.
