Job Title: HR Executive Location: Chennai Shift Timings: 6:30pm - 3:30am (IST) Responsibilities: Responsible for managing various stages of employee life cycle which include Talent Acquisition Operations, liaising with recruitment agencies, onboarding support, Internal Job Posting, Benefits and claims, Payroll operations, Performance Management, Relocation Support, and employee separation management. Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the companys strategic plan, Draft job descriptions and classifications, evaluate and recommend benefit programs. Design the Employee Engagement Calendar - create, plan and execute Fun @ workplace and other team events. Plan & execute of R&R programs, rewarding the best employees, trophies & certificates, design and communicate the incentive's structure, create an incentive centric culture to engage and motivate employees. Works closely with management and employees as a Change Agent to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. This is not a remote position, and the HR Executive will work from the Chennai office. Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of HR Generalist experience with progressive levels of responsibility. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization. Competent in MS Office Suite, HRIS (Zoho preferred) and Windows applications.
