Position Title -HR Executive - Talent Acquisition

Educational Qualification -Diploma / MBA / PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations

Location -Iskcon Ambli Road, SG Highway, Ahmedabad,

Preferred Candidate -Male Candidate

Industry -EPC / Infrastructure

Desired Candidate -This is a full-time on-site role as a HR Executive at Advait Group, located in Ahmedabad. As a Recruiter, your day-to-day tasks will involve sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring processes, and partnering with hiring managers to fulfill talent acquisition needs. You will play a critical role in attracting and selecting top talent for our organization. Co-ordination with various stake holders, scheduling interviews, maintaining data on excel and Onboarding.

Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Understanding of employment laws and regulations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with hiring managers.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Engineering background will be an added advantage
Good hands-on experience in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, database maintenance)
Minimum 3 to 4 years experience.
Preferred Males Candidate.
