Attendance, bio metric, leave, management, maintenance of data, joining and relieving formalities, Handling Employee Grievances, counseling, providing guidance as needed to resolve HR related issues, etc.
Daily attendance of Employees by Biometric and registers
Taking care of new entrant\'s joining formalities.
Allotment of Identity cards, Uniform, offer letter, Appointment letters and relieving letter etc.
Manage information and communicate between employees and seniors.
Handling the entire recruitment process as per company requirement through job portals, paper ads, existing data bank and internal references etc.
Regular interaction with potential sources of recruitment.
Maintaining Candidate\'s Data Base for future reference.
Conducting exit interview process for resigned, quit / terminated employees
Attendance and Leave management
Facilitatins Induction program for new joiners
Educational Qualification -MBA-HRProfessional Experience -3 to 5 YearsSalary -20000 to 25000 Per month
