Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates. Screen incoming resumes and application forms Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates. Understanding of referral programs. Solid verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and complete hiring within deadlines. Following up on the interview process status. Responsible to complete joining formalities. Responsible for attendance tracking system. Responsible to general HR activity as assigned by superior. Should generate and maintain MIS reports. Qualification: Graduate or MBA (HR) Desired Candidate: Proven work experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases. Experience with sourcing techniques. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in recruitment and HR activity. Very good knowledge in Ms-office (Excel).
