Roles and Responsibilities
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referrals to source potential candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews and other evaluation methods.
- Gather feedback from hiring managers and candidates\' post-interview, facilitating communication and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Prepare s for various positions.
- Plan recruitment calendar as per the forecasted recruitment requirement from various department.
- Background Verification
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, MBA - HR, or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment in Real Estate will be preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in candidate evaluation and documentation.
- Proficient in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Immediate Joiners will be Preferred.
