They combine technical expertise & a team of Highly skilled workforce to provide life cycle power solutions, optimizing plant performance and their customer\'s progress.Role: HR Executive (Recruitment)Industry: Power PlantYears of experience: 2-5 years (from Industrial Sector preferably Power Plant sector)Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PMOffice Location: AhmedabadEducation: Any GraduateMonthly Salary: INR 30,000 to 35,000Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordination with Site HR
- Ensure HR compliance at site.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- 18 leaves Yearly
- Paid holidays
