Reports To: HR Manager
Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the HR functions within the IT department. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, employee relations support, and recruitment assistance. The HR Executive will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience within the IT department.
Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Onboarding:
+ Assist in the recruitment process for IT positions, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
+ Prepare onboarding materials and conduct new hire orientation for IT employees.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
• Employee Relations:
+ Provide support to IT employees on HR-related queries and concerns.
+ Assist in resolving employee grievances and conflicts.
+ Administer employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
• Performance Management:
+ Assist in the performance appraisal process for IT employees.
+ Track and maintain performance review records.
• HR Administration:
+ Maintain HR records, including employee files, attendance, and leave records.
+ Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
+ Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
• Other:
+ Stay up-to-date with HR laws and regulations relevant to the IT industry.
+ Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in an IT environment.
• Knowledge: Understanding of HR principles, practices, and laws.
• Skills:
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality.
