Responsibilities:
Manage HR operations for the staff deployed at Clients site
Handle the complete payroll management such as collection of attendance, preparation of payroll using software and submission of invoices to the clients and payment follow-up.
Responsible for Clients Liaisoning and handling Clients queries and day to day interactions with the Clients.
Handling the employees grievances, deputed at Clients site
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies
Responsible for Recruitment, onboarding, and documents verification.
Should have experience in HR Operations in a manpower deployment company
Service Delivery Manager Requirements:
Any Graduate.
Good Communications Skills and e-Mail ethics
MS office and good command in MS Excel features such as Vlookup, Pivot Table, Filters, Sorting, data merge, datasheets management,
Open to travel
