The recruitment/TA process involves:
? daily head hunting through Naukri.com
? head hunting through social media as in LinkedIn & Facebook
? posting vacancies on Naukri.com
? regular follow up with interested candidates
? sending sms/emails
? Attending job enquiry phone calls
? calling references through industry contacts
? accessing available database
? visiting nearby hospitals/facilities for head hunting
? Maintaining a daily database (MIS) of consultants interacted with
? arranging telecons with MD mam/HOD's for probable candidates
? conducting pre-liminary interviews of walk-ins
? Maintaining database of daily inflow of cv's for different profiles
? preliminary salary discussion of selected candidates
JOINING FORMALITIES-
? Daily Wages
? RMO's Nursing staff
? Consultant
? On Roll Employees.
? Biometrics of new joinees.
? Bank account opening
? Complete Documentation as per norms and Audit Requirements
ORIENTATION & INDUCTION -
? Planning & conducting induction program for new joinees twice a month
? Coordinating with various departments & their HOD's to ensure maximum attendance of new joinees.
? Coordinating with various presenters of the induction program.
? Maintaining induction record/attendance sheets
? Filling of the induction evaluation sheets
? When a particular candidate is finalized and joining the services, issuing appointment letter with brief working agreement or polices.
? Coordinating with store team to get the name plates, visiting cards, stamp etc made.
? Maintaining and Updating the database of all consultants
? Maintaining and updating the database of all RMOs.
? Experience certificate.
? absenteeism letters to abscond staff.
? warning letters.
? show cause notices.
? Conducting Exit Interviews of candidate who are resigning.
? Helping the person to be relieved properly.
? Trying to get constructive feedback for company and trying to implement the corrective measures for them.
? Coordinating with other locations regarding
? Maintaining Personal files of Employees
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?240,000.00 per year

• Punjab, Nawashahr, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
• Hospital: 3 years (Preferred)
