Will be responsible to handle end to end employee life cycle like Recruitment, On-boarding, Induction, Training, Performance Management(OKR), Exit Interviews, F&F process, etc. and handling day to day Plant HR activities.
Framing & Implementation of Company Policies, SOPs, in view with best applicable practices.
Address employee relations issues.
Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Preparation of wages and salaries sheet for staff and workers.
Filling returns of PF, ESIC challans, LWF, employment exchange etc.
Team Engagement & Relationship activities.
Grievance handling, if any.
Regular updation of team Role Clarities.
Submission of annual return under different Labour laws \xe2\x80\x93PF Return, ESIC, LWF, Trade & Factory Act, etc.
Managing and keeping the records of all applicable licences and compliance.
Administration:1)Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications and announcements. Handle general administrative tasks, such as communication, correspondence, filing, and document management.2)Provide administrative support to management as required. 3)Oversee office operations, including facilities management, hygeine, cleanliness, etc. 4)Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and logistics coordination.

Candidate Profile:
3-5 years of experience in HR in manufacturing company.
Background/ Academic credentials in HR.
People person, soft-spoken and understanding
Excellent communication & writing skills.
Extremely proactive & initiative taker.
Physically fit, non-smoker or tobacco chewing.
Age: Preferably 28-35yrs.
