Maintaining and updating daily recruitment status in the database.
Driving Employee Referral Programs.
Track tenure milestones for the team- 1,3,5,18 months completion and document the feedback and share the same with the stakeholders to action.
Take care of post onboarding process-email id creation, Welcome card, welcome kit, email signature etc.
Conduct Fun Friday activities for the team, maintain a calendar.
Create processes to regularly touch base with the employees to check on them.
Send Birthday/Work Anniversary Emails and Send 5/6 yrs completion certificate to team members.
Mails/letters to parents RnR winners/top performers.
Leading the fun committee, with a regular inflow of ideas to keep the team happy and motivated.
Assisting in the increment cycles and updating the data, sending increment letters.
Supporting in operational activities like contract, onboarding and offboarding process and other operational activities.
Updating HR Databases.
Team members website profiling.
