Summary:
As an HR Executive you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing key HR functions for our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing compliance, hiring, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
•Compliance Oversight: •
• Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations.
• Ensure company policies and practices are in compliance with applicable laws.
• Conduct regular audits to monitor compliance.

• Conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process.
• Oversee the on-boarding process for new hires.
•Performance Monitoring •
• Design and implement performance management systems.
• Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Coordinate the performance appraisal process.
• Identify training and development needs.
•Employee Relations •
• Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues.
• Address and resolve employee concerns in a timely and fair manner.
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
