: HR Executive (Malayalam, Telugu)
Location: Tardeo, Mumbai
Salary Range: ?15,000 - ?20,000 per month

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Malayalam, and Telugu languages, with a passion for human resources and a commitment to supporting our organization's goals. Both freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee relations initiatives and address employee queries regarding HR-related matters.
• Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
• Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees' skill development.
• Participate in HR projects as required, contributing to the overall HR strategy and objectives.
