Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Accountable for Employee Life Cycle Management.
2. Handle 80% of end-to-end recruitment by developing customized recruitment strategies.
3. Handle 20% of operations activities like attendance, documentation (upload & filing) in HRMS portal during the entire employee life cycle.
2. Interview scheduling & co-ordination.
3. Handle documentation, onboarding & other joining formalities.
4. Roll out of induction programmes for new recruits.
5. Organise & participate in employee engagement activities.
5. Conduct exit interviews and handle all exit formalities.
Requirements:
1. Graduate /Post Graduate from a recognised university.
2. Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
3. Having HRMS (preferably ZOHO) hands on experience will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
