Job Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Conduct interviews, selection, and closing.
2. Take ownership of the candidate experience by designing and managing it; develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
3. Facilitate the offer process by extending offers and negotiating employment terms.
4. Manage the onboarding and new hire process.
5. Oversee the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
Niche Recruitments :
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in niche recruitments such as:
- Sales recruitment
- Accountant recruitment
- Marketing recruitment
- Pharma recruitment
