Job Description

The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the HR department in implementing and managing various human resource functions. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:

• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels (e.g., job portals, social media, referrals).
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Prepare and manage job offers and employment contracts.
• Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees.

Employee Relations:

• Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Support the resolution of employee disputes and grievances.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Performance Management:

• Assist in the administration of performance appraisal processes.
• Support managers in developing performance improvement plans.
• Track and report on employee performance metrics.
• Provide guidance on career development and training opportunities.

Training and Development:

• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and other training activities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Maintain training records and track employee development.

Compliance and Record Keeping:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics.
• Support internal and external audits as required.

HR Administration:

• Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Handle payroll-related queries and coordinate with the finance department.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee exit processes and conduct exit interviews.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
