This role focuses on both recruitment and HR operations, with an emphasis on the BPO sector, handling both voice and non-voice processes. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment (80%): - Talent Acquisition: - Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. - Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. - Manage and utilize a mix of sourcing channels including job portals, social media, campus recruitment, and employee referrals. HR Operations (20%): - Support HR operations including employee records management, leave and attendance management, and HRIS updates. - Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. - **Employee Engagement:** - Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement activities and initiatives. - Address employee concerns and queries related to HR policies and practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: -Experience: - 3-5 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on recruitment, preferably in the BPO industry. - Experience in handling both voice and non-voice process recruitments. - Skills: - Proficiency in various sourcing techniques including job portals, social media, and networking. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
