Conducting initial rounds of Interviews, including telephone interviews and in-person interviews 8. Designing material and Interview process including and not limited to test material, questions that highlight relevant and key skills 9. Creating an onboarding or joining form for new employee\'s to collect relevant data 10. Responding to all career-related or placement related emails and calls 11. Maintaining employee records and documents 12.
