We are hiring HR Executive for a retail chain store. Location - Madurai . Responsibilities:- Payroll and attendance management. Legal and statutory compliance - Shop licence, FSSAI compliance, ESI/PF/labour compliance, etc. Recruitment and attrition control. Employee relations and staff welfare. General admin including security agency oversight. Requirements Graduate male. 5+ years of experience in retail chain stores. Exposure to food industry is a plus. Expertise in MS Office, Mail access. Good interpersonal skill & human management skills.
