Job description

• Talent acquisition - Sourcing and recruiting
• Recruitment and Induction - Manage the recruitment and on boarding process
• Attendance & Payroll - Salary processing. Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Develop and implement Policies - Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
• Employee engagement - support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Performance Management - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Grievance Handling & Employee Retention - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy -
• Training & Development- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• MIS - Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Legal compliances - Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Qualifications and Skills:

• MBA in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the jewellery industry or luxury goods industry.
• Experience in hiring digital marketing professionals is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
