Develop efficient onboarding plans/processesReview & Appraisal: - Assume lead role in monitoring employee performance, ensure accurate performance review with the help of respective team managers, conduct review meetings, develop remedial programs whenever requiredEnsure a satisfactory work environment for all employees and formulate staff development programsProper maintenance of employee records in accordance with legal requirementsDevelop HR procedures, communicate and offer training to employees on policies & proceduresDisciplinary actions & Grievance handlingManage the companys official social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.Skills & RequirementMasters/Bachelors degree in Human ResourcesMinimum 1-3 years experience in relevant fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of HR functionsProblem solver with decision-making abilitiesProficiency in Office tools, HR softwareUnderstanding of Labor laws and disciplinary proceduresJob Type: Full-timePay: \xe2\x82\xb918,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per monthSchedule:
