As an HR Executive, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management. Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment Support:
• Assist in posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates.
• Assist in conducting initial phone screens and interviews.
• Onboarding:
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
• Ensure all new hire documentation is completed and properly filed.
• Employee Records Management:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and letters.
• HR Operations:
• Support day-to-day HR operations, including answering employee queries and providing administrative support.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Training and Development:
• Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions and workshops.
• Track and document employee training and development activities.
• Employee Engagement:
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
• Assist in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and analyzing results.
• Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits and inspections.
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
• Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus.
