About the Role:
As our Senior HR Executive, you'll play a vital role in attracting top talent, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting our agency's continued growth. You'll be responsible for the full HR lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management.
In this strategic role, you'll also have the opportunity to develop and implement initiatives to attract and retain top talent, potentially including proactive outreach to potential candidates.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the recruitment process for all open positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and best practices
• Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives
• Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices
• Analyze recruitment data and identify opportunities to improve talent acquisition strategies. You may also explore proactive outreach methods to attract top talent.
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that support company growth strategies
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a high-growth company
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and employee relations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proactive and data-driven approach to HR processes
• Strategic mindset with a focus on supporting company growth through effective HR initiatives
