Our commitment to excellence and innovation has positioned us as a trusted name in the industry. We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to join our team and support our growing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing,

and selecting candidates.

- Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.

- Employee Relations:

- Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.

- Foster a positive work environment by organizing employee engagement activities and

events.

- Performance Management:

- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems.

- Provide support to managers and employees during the performance review process.

- HR Administration:

- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

- Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and

termination letters.

- Compliance and Policies:

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

- Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.

- Training and Development:

- Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions for employees.

- Support career development initiatives and succession planning.

- Vendor Management:

- Liaise with recruitment agencies, training providers, and other HR-related vendors.

- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience:

- 2-4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.

- Skills:

- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS or HRMS).

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
