Role Summary: This role is a combination of Talent Acquisition management, compensation and employee benefits, training and development, compliance, and workplace safety. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Managing the recruitment and selection process Key Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy \xef\x82\xb7 Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues \xef\x82\xb7 Manage the recruitment and selection process \xef\x82\xb7 Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital \xef\x82\xb7 Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. \xef\x82\xb7 Nurture a positive working environment \xef\x82\xb7 Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain pay plan and benefits program \xef\x82\xb7 Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs \xef\x82\xb7 Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management \xef\x82\xb7 Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development \xef\x82\xb7 Designing and posting job ads to attract qualified candidates for junior and senior positions \xef\x82\xb7 Reporting on employee turnover rates (monthly, quarterly and annually) \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Desired Candidate Profile

  • Should be an MBA/PGDM-HR with min. 2-5 years of experience as an HR.
  • Should be ready to travel within the city or HO as per requirement.
  • Candidates who are residing nearby area will be more preferred and with good communication skills, Good knowledge of Excel is mandatory.
  • Strong willingness to learn & develop within HR function.
  • Ability to act in confidential and sensitive manner
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9300,000.00 - 9600,000.00 per year Schedule:
