- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening & interviewing of candidates.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent, such as job boards and employee referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates\' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment-related matters.
- Analyse recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes and efficiency.
- Experience of 1+ years
- Excellent Sourcing Skills
- Good knowledge of resume screening
- Working experience on any ATS software is a plus
- Knowledge of Naukri & LinkedIn job boards is added advantage
- Good communication skills
