Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our employees and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including advertising open positions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing new hire paperwork.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR programs and policies, including employee benefits and compensation.
- Conduct employee relations activities, such as handling employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Assist with training and development initiatives.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Strong understanding of employment law and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry (a plus).
