Manager HR

Qualification: MBA/Any Degree

Experience: 10+ Yrs

Roles and Responsibilities

Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from

Diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.

Human resources managers plan, direct, and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization.

HR acts as a Client Relationship Manager

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

Ensuring statutory compliances for PF withdrawal, annual returns, factory license, shop and establishment license, labor law and record information on a timely basis

Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance

Conducting Interviews: Involved as a HR panel member in the interview. Obtaining feedback from the interviewers and analyze the gaps for the feedback. Actively involved in fulfilling requirements across all the spectrum of needs.

Identify and coordinate training for employees based on inputs received from their managers, performance reviews or based on employee's interest

Roll out of Annual Performance Appraisal.

Personnel Administration/Organizational Management/Recruitment /Time Management/ Payroll Management/ Performance Management System

Handling Statutory Compliance & Administration

Executing the entire range of task in recruitment and selection encompassing sourcing, screening, short-listing, lining them up for interviews, HR round & offer release.

Involves in manpower planning and expansion

Handles monthly payroll.

Online ESI submission and prep ration of challans and monthly statements

Good knowledge of current employment laws and procedures.

Experience of working in the legal and professional services sectors.

Responsible for end to end Recruitment and HR activities

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Manages and appraises subordinates' performance and their career advancement

Reviews compensation and benefits of all employees.

Forming and maintaining employee records.

Attends to employees' grievances and complaints; provides guidance if necessary

Provides feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment.

Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation

Nurture a positive working environment

Organizes corporate events

Good communication skills & Diplomatic

Employee Training and up gradation
