Roles & Responsibilities :
• Making Job descriptions
• Job Posting and sourcing best talent for the company in the available budget
• Assisting in Round 1 interviews
• Aligning the candidates for next rounds and doing further coordination till joining
• Responsible for documentation, induction and training of new joiners and explaining company policies.
• Responsible for acting as a bridge between employees and management and ensuring high morale along with the high staff performance.
• Assisting the HR officer with day-to-day work of HR activities, internal-external coordination and other miscellaneous work.
Candidate Requirements:
• Analytical skills
• Prior Experience of over 2 years in recruitment, preferably in the FMCG space
• Confidentiality is mandatory in this role ? Must be consciously aware of all HR related laws
• Good communication skills (English) - both written and oral
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
