Job summary: HR executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing various human resources functions within our organization. You will be responsible for implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibility:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues. Mediate conflicts and provide coaching to employees and managers.
Performance Management: Design and implement performance appraisal systems. Provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field..
• Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role, with at least X years in HR.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• In - depth Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
