5. Follow up at the site for all HR-related activities
6. Sometimes site visit.
7. Vendor management regarding site HR related, assistance in the recruitment process
8. Statutory compliances like PF, ESIC
9. SARAL PAYPACK KNOWELDGE IF PREFERABLE
