We're seeking a skilled H R Executive to join our team at Shela, Ahmedabad.
We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you'll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers
Your role
• Oversee employee performance and collaborate with management to evaluate underperforming employees.
• Ensure employee compliance with all company policies and state/federal regulations.
• Maintain employee records and update as needed
• Update company policies and benefits package.
• Facilitate communication between management/department heads and employees.
• Assist management with corrective action, conflict resolution & accidents.
Your tasks
• ESI, PF challan creation
• PT preparation
• Payroll management
• Issuing letter of offer/intent/employment to the selected candidate.
Required skills and qualifications
• Possess a degree in Human Resource or related field.
• Advanced MS Office skills (MS Office & MS Excel)
• Strong written and Verbal communication skills.
• Competency in managing time and solving everyday problems.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and at least one other regional language.
• Able to work under pressure and efficiently.
• Positive and pro-active attitude to words work.
Preferred skills and qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar job.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking ability.
