:
• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Human Resource Executive + Admin. This role requires a multifaceted skill set encompassing HR responsibilities such as salary negotiation, payroll management, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling HR functions efficiently while also demonstrating proficiency in administrative duties.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Salary Negotiation: Facilitate salary negotiation processes, ensuring fair and competitive compensation packages for new hires and existing employees.
• Payroll Management: Oversee the payroll process, including the calculation of wages, deductions, and bonuses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Admin Work: Handle various administrative tasks such as managing employee records, drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
• Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, keeping abreast of regulatory changes and implementing necessary updates.
• HR Documentation: Maintain HR documentation and records, including employee contracts, performance evaluations, and training materials.
• Benefits Administration: Support benefits administration activities, such as enrollment, claims processing, and communication with insurance providers.
• Training and Development: Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, including identifying training needs, scheduling sessions, and tracking participation.
• HR Reporting: Prepare regular HR reports and analytics, providing insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Soft Skills Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Human Resource Executive/Admin, with expertise in salary negotiation, payroll, and general administrative tasks.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
