We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company's recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs.
Responsibilities:
• Sourcing & Recruiting candidates through various portals & social media
• Interview schedule & candidate follow-ups
• Review & manage employee records
• Complete Hiring process management
• Measure employee retention and turnover rates
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Desired Skills :
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recruitment
• Hands-on experience on Job Portals preferred.
• Experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter preferred)
Experience:
• Must be a Graduate/MBA (Preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in hr position
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
